These guys were heading for the summit of Mt Rainier (14,411 feet) the hard way
just next to the parking lot at Paradise, I got their first, it was completely covered in ski track half an hour later
The final pull up to Camp Muir at 10.000’ the launch point for Rainier summit. I am being smug as I am sitting down resting, the last few hundred feet of ascent is a real killer as you can see from the people still coming up. Normally I would want to show whiter snow but by late August it gets a bit “used”
