I put this image into the critique at the Bedford Center for the Arts Photographic Group – The reviewer was the curator of the MIT photographic gallery – I was thinking this is one of the most constructive critiques I had ever heard until she got to this image – she started off by saying “obviously the photographer really knew what they were doing” – her credibility crumbled!
This is a cliché shot on Canon Beach. My justification is that not many people have the shot with a Bald Eagle at the centre of the image. What do you mean, you can’t see an Eagle!
