The Colgan Hut is the highest habitable building in Canada (so I am told) it sits in the col between Mt Little and Mt Bowlen. Dave and I climbed Bowlen after dinner one evening

This bunch of Canadians were in the hut at the same time as us – we traded whisky for smoked salmon and Crème fraiche (with capers, of course). They headed home a day before we did so the next morning we followed their tracks until there was a person sized hole where Constantine had gone into a crevasse
