Apart from the humour of this image I like the colours. Lake Louise is an interesting mix of “this is Lake Louise, everyone back on the coach in 20 minutes” tourism and seriously high end hotels where if you have to ask the price you can’t afford it. I can hazard a guess where these two fit. We did ask the price, we wouldn’t normally pay THAT much but we stayed there anyway
Our last North American summer vacation was to Nova Scotia – This is the river Mersey and the town is Liverpool!
Honest it is the River Mersey. I spent quite a bit of time rearranging the chairs (all different colours) but in the end the shot was a single unpainted chair and the small matter of a carefully placed sunset
