Mount Baker is glaciated so you should be roped-up to climb it, but one day I did the classic “well I will go just a bit further” and ended up here – those crevasse told me not to go any further. You can see people doing the final pull to the summit in the top left corner – it looks like some are on their own, so not roped up! The second image is looking the other way to someone's basecamp
