It didn’t seem to be put out by my presence, I had time to go back to the car a couple of hundred yards away, get my 100mm Macro lens and come back and take this shot – not your usual macro image

First find Eide Road and then spend a lot of time there, it had more SEO and Northern Harriers than you could point a camera at
I have the sister image to this one in my other NA presentation, I am not sure which I prefer. Taken at ISO 3200 as the light had completely gone. I was chatting to another photographer as we headed back to our cars and nearly walked into this guy. I love the way the branch merges into the tail
